Download TT Frantz Font Family From TypeTrends

Image
Designed by Vika Usmanova, TT Frantz is an art deco and display sans font family. This typeface has four styles and was published by TypeTrends. Download TT Frantz Font Family From TypeTrends TT Frantz is an experimental variable font, distinguished by its slimness and lightness. The variation in the font affects the change in the height of the mean line—by moving the axis adjustment slider you can easily raise or lower the mean line of the font. In TT Frantz, you can find small references to the art deco aesthetics, which are expressed in significantly lowered or, conversely, heightened waist of the letters. In addition, depending on the position of the axis adjustment slider, the closedness of the aperture changes for some letters. In order to preserve the main feature of the font—the change in the height of the main line—we made lowercase characters as tall as uppercase ones, but at the same time we kept small kerns. An interesting fact

Download Artis Font Family From Wiescher-Design

Designed by Gert Wiescher, Artis is an art deco and display sans font family. This typeface has twelve styles and was published by Wiescher-Design. Download Artis Font Family From Wiescher-Design »Artis« is the name for my latest art-project-font. Obviously I just chopped off the last »t«. Then I looked it up on Wikipedia and what do you know, it is of latin descent. »Ars Gratia Artis«  which means »art for arts sake« or in French »l’art pour l’art«, a perfect font name. If I would cut off the »s«  as well it would mean disambiguation and that in turn is, what I just did here. Enough disambiguation! »Artis« is a modern classical beauty with extreme contrast between up- and downstrokes that make it unique with a touch of art deco and showing Renaissance roots. But – »Artis« is a twin-font that has an elegantly decorated twin sister »Artis-Swing«. Between the 2 fonts you have endless possibilities for combination. I love these twins! It is

Download New Yorker Type Classic Font Family From Wiescher-Design

Designed by Gert Wiescher, New Yorker Type Classic is an art deco and display serif font family. This typeface has seven styles and was published by Wiescher-Design. Download New Yorker Type Classic Font Family From Wiescher-Design New-Yorker-Type was one of the first typefaces I tried my hand at in 1985. I meant it as a revival of the typeface used by the New Yorker magazine. I did not scan it. I just looked at the type and redrew it completely by hand. Only much later did I come to know, that there is a bundle of similar typefaces of that period. Rea Irvin’s design for New-Yorker magazine was just one of them, maybe the best. In the next step I repaired some of the mistakes that I made more than thirty years ago. Now on the eve of 2020 I gave the font a complete overhaul and added a set of Swash Initials, Cyrillic and Greek glyphs and many ligatures. The font now has 1075 glyphs and is all set for most latin writing systems. On top of tha

Designed by Jeff Levine, Heller Sans JNL is an art deco and display sans font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Jeff Levine Fonts. Download Heller Sans JNL Font Family From Jeff Levine Fonts Heller Sans JNL is based on the main letterforms of an experimental alphabet designed by Steven Heller; noted author of over 170 books on design and visual culture.  Some modifications were made in turning his design into a digital font.  In his own words, here is the background to this typeface: “I recently recovered this from the junk heap. It is a yellowing photostat of my first and only typeface design (1969-70). Total folly! At the time I was smitten by Art Moderne lettering. I called it “Klaus Boobala Bold” because I liked the K and B. I’ve lost the letters S through Z, which were made. The letters were drawn with compass, Techno pen (that frequently clogged). as well as a triangle and T-square. The inline and outline made
